在這個快速變動的世代，
舊有的事物迅速的在城市中退色，
而新的事物沒過多久，也會被更新的一切取代，
有時候速度快到我們抓不準這個城市，抓不準那不斷變動的所有，
而老屋咖啡館卻是一種，在快速變遷卻保留舊文化的產物，
有時走進老屋咖啡館，我們喝的是一杯咖啡，也是一種文化。
如果來到前金區想喝咖啡，來到這附近就對了，
或許是一整排咖啡館林立在此，悠閒的氛圍十足，
即使那巷口外就是喧囂的圓環與購物中心，
這裡仍獨有自己的愜意、悠閒感，
尤其是搭配那高雄暖陽，還有哪裡更適合來到這裡，
坐在戶外，享受陽光與一杯咖啡。
公寓咖啡最吸引我的是那抬頭看才能發現的小閣樓戶外座位，
一樓則是紅色系的木頭系落地門窗，
鮮豔的顏色就像是瞬間給了老屋新的活力，
而且也恰到好處的與門口舊式紅地磚融為一體。
耶加雪夫、冰拿鐵與起司蛋糕、巧克力蛋糕
耶加雪夫，手洗摩卡、帶點微果酸與苦味，熟悉的單品，喜歡，
而另外最推薦的是他們的手做甜點，起司夠濃密但不誇張、巧克力則是苦甜參半且
口感黏密，介於布郎尼與蛋糕鬆軟度之間，是我推薦來到公寓咖啡一定要品嘗的甜點，
而店家不定期會有新的甜點作品，大家可以上他們的臉書追蹤。

Old-style-cafe is a very popular mode of operation of coffee here in Taiwan in recent years,
and it's a kind of representation of preserving cultural heritage in this rapidly changing environment.
If you come to Kaohsiung to drink coffee, l'd like to suggest visiting Qianjin district.
The streets are lined with cafes, full of leisure atmosphere.
Even though the clamorous traffic circle and shopping mall are just located outside of the alleys,
this area still retains a sense of leisure belonging to itself.
Yirgacheffee, Iced Coffee Latte, Cheese Cake, and Chocolate Cake
Yirgacheffee, washed(beans that are processed by the wet method)Mocha,
which tastes a bit fruity and bitter is a familiar single-origin coffee to me. I like it.
Apart from this, I recommend you their hand-made desserts.
The cheese flavor of the cheese cake is thick enough but not exaggerated.
The chocolate is half sweet and half bitter, tasting dense and fudgy,
and the texture is between brownie and fluffy cake,
which is a must-eat of Apartment Cafe. Welcome to Kaohsiung Taiwan,
and enjoy the sunshine and a cup of coffee that represents Taiwan.
